Feb 27th, 5:30-6:30 In this hands on class, you'll learn everything you need to know about knives - how to choose the right knife for the job, how to hold and how to sharpen your knives. We'll cover key skills such as chopping an onion, mincing garlic, and dicing vegetables.  We provide a chef's knife, santoku, and paring knife for you to use during the class. If you have a favorite knife, you are welcome to bring it as well.  Class participants receive a 10% discount on purchases made the same-day.  CANCELLATION POLICY If you are not feeling well or have been around someone who is sick, please stay home and get well. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations. Our chefs have worked very hard to prepare for the evening's event and ingredients are purchased in advance. If you call to let us know about a conflict, Zest may be able to help find a replacement for your seat(s) using our waitlist. If the seat can be filled, we may be able to credit your class for another date.
