Lap Jointing Sealant A polymerically reinforced lap jointing sealant used to prevent leaks in gutters and downspouts. It can be used for small repairs on flat and shingle roofs. Forms a flexible seal capable of accommodating 5% movement. Uses: Suitable for repairing and maintaining general roofing drainage systems and cracked or damaged downspouts, sidings and for pointing around roofing applications. Ideal for use on aluminum/metal, lead, construction-grade plastics, cladding panels, paint, stone, brick, bitumens and asphalt, concrete, mortar, rubber, and wood. Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions. Shelf Life: Use within 24 months from date of manufacture.
