These Black Walnut Charcuterie Boards are entirely smooth, knots and checks are filled with epoxy, sanded to 320 grit - saturated in food-grade mineral oil with Odies Food-Grade Penetrating Oil applied for a deep oil/moisture barrier that protects the wood and helps to minimize bacterial contamination. Our Black Walnut Charcuterie Board is a solid cross-cut slab that’s oval in shape consisting of two trunks with dark coffee-brown heartwood and grain that tell the story of the tree it came from.
