In just 8 weeks, you’ll be focusing on FAT LOSS whilst maintaining lean muscle mass for a lean and toned physique. Combined with an 8 week meal plan, and exclusive expert tips, you’ll have access to everything you need to help you reach your goals. What’s included? 8-week workout program filled with my favourite exercises. 8 weeks of GYM or Home-based training program with the option to switch whenever you need. Training split:Combination of strength-based training with bursts of cardio to accelerate fat burning. Progress tracked - upload your progress photos and measurements / weight for adjustments of program as needed Fortnightly check-ins on a Friday, to be emailed to: teamzoerelentless@gmail.com MEALS: 8 week meal plan with both an option for regular or specific dietary needs. Calorie level is calibrated based on your individual factors to ensure the right meal plan for you.
