Determined

Determination is a super power, my friends. It's being so driven to see an outcome that we don't allow our excuses to matter anymore. But where does determination actually come from?Well, I did the research and here's what I found:Some of us are intrinsically motivated - we have this internal drive to achieve something because we see (and want) the personal reward that comes from it. Past experiences play a a big part in this too - previous successes build confidence that we can achieve something, while previous failures can motivate us to try harder so we avoid a similar outcome. But the most interesting place determination comes from, to me anyway, is our surroundings. The people we allow into our inner circle - the ones who influence us. When you purposely hang out around other people who believe in you, who uplift and encourage you, a goal no longer feels quite so 'crazy'.
