Bearing its backstamp on bottom base, Ironstone China J.F., it’s rather large for a sugar bowl, standing 7 ¾ inches tall and holds up to 3.5 cups of sugar. It features an 8 paneled pattern encircling the bowl and lid. The handles and lid are decorated in an embossed grapes and vine motif. The beautiful scalloped rim, slightly skirted round base and ring finial adds beauty and elegance. This sugar bowl is everything but plain.
