  Product Description:  A wonderful late 19th century tin cookie cutter with original hand-soldered seams from the South Central region of Pennsylvania. In a hexagon form, it showcases ruffled edges with a crafted, double tulip motif in the center. Although the handle on the back is bent, this is a nice example of an early handcrafted cookie cutter with a folky touch.
