Insurance is offered as an addon PER box of birds. Coverage: Covers Dead On Arrival (DOA) birds (with photo proof with invoice/order number in the photo, & denied USPS claim) Does not include USPS express priority. (USPS express shipping has its own guarantee) Does not cover birds beyond delivery day Insurance supplies a credit for birds on reorder NOT CASH REFUND, cannot be applied to reimbursed product. Does not cover shipping charges on loss shipment or reorder when claiming the insurance credit Insurance is not offered during July and August, it's ship at your own risk.
