Strategic Leadership Coaching Program

Zweig Group has announced a special leadership coaching program that will kick off at the 2023 Elevate AEC Conference and Awards Gala on September 14 in Frisco, Texas. The program is aimed at top leadership of AEC firms with the goal of improving social and cognitive skills through strategic self-awareness. The special program is funded through a research grant and will be offered free of charge to Elevate attendees (excluding a $195 fee for an online assessment). The program will be limited to 35 participants and will include a group kick-off session during Elevate followed by three individual debrief/coaching sessions over the following 2 months (3, 1-hour virtual sessions). Note that participants will be required to attend the kickoff meeting which will be held during the third breakout session on day one of the Elevate AEC conference.   Structure of the Program: Leader completes an assessment questionnaire prior to the conference kickoff.
