The green gasket is a custom gasket ZZP laser cuts in house. It is made from Garlock's BLUE-GARD Style 3000 material. This is much better than stock at resisting water, coolant, oil and gas. It is available for Gen 3 or Gen 5 blowers. This gasket already has the extra PCV hole and outlet trimmed forward. This makes it a perfect replacement for the stock gasket or when installing one of our intercoolers, ported blowers, and/or machined intakes. You cannot modify stock OEM gaskets for intercoolers, these Garlocks must be used instead. The Gen 5 gasket works for intercooled and non intercooled.Which gasket to choose: Gen 5 L32/Gen 3 L67: These gaskets are meant for your stock non-intercooled supercharged car. Gen 3 Intercooled Upper/Lower: These gaskets are meant for our original ZZP Stage 2 or short stack Intercooler kit with the large "blocky" style intercooler core.
