Through many trials and errors, we’ve finally found the perfect way for you to eat our bread fresh — we first partially bake our bread then safely package it to deep freeze. Then it’s your turn to do the rest. Once you receive your bread, finish baking it and it will come to its fresh bread life. EASY 1-2-3 Steps1. FREEZEFreeze your bread in its packaging once it arrives & store it up to 6 months2. THAWWhen ready to eat, thaw your loaf at room temperature overnight3. BAKEPre-heat the oven to 350°F, remove the bread from its packaging, and heat the bread loaf for 15-20 minutes. This will give you a soft and moist interior and a crispy crust.
