New York Steak
12 Bar Beef New York steaks are well marbled, thick, tender, and rich with flavor. One of our top sellers and a customer favorite, we struggle to keep these bad boys in stock. The New York is cut from the short loin, which is one of the most marbled areas of the cow. The muscles in this area do little work, which is key to the tenderness and flavor of this cut. These steaks are tasty enough to eat on their own served with just a little salt and pepper, yet still wonderful when prepared using a wide variety of rubs, sauces, and sides. They are great grilled, pan-fried, or broiled, Our New York steaks come in packages of 2 and average a weight of 1.5-2 lbs. All of our beef is USDA approved and dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. All of our steaks are cut at 1½"-1¾"thickness. Each New York steak is individually vacuum sealed, ships raw, and frozen.
