A single origin coffee from San Jose La Majada in the Southeast part of the Apaneca range. The fertile volcanic soil and abundant rainfall provide excellent habitat for coffee trees.  It's variety is Pacamara.  Origin: Pacamara is a hybrid coffee variety developed in El Salvador in 1958 by crossing the Pacas and Maragogipe varieties. Flavor Profile: It is known for its complex and diverse flavor profile, often exhibiting fruity and floral notes, along with chocolate and caramel undertones. It can have a bright acidity and a smooth, full body. Bean Characteristics: The beans are generally large, thanks to the Maragogipe parent, and they tend to be more elongated. Growing Conditions: Typically grown at high altitudes, which contributes to its acidity and complexity. It thrives in the volcanic soils of Central America.
