Roasted Coffee Dry Rub and Seasoning

We are serious about two things: our coffee and our BBQ. With this rub, we have tipped our cowboy hat to both! This is a dry rub that delivers on a promise of a chili sweetness and smokey coffee flavor. Our dry rub is largely comprised of brown sugar and coffee with a solid helping of chili and other savory spices. Put this rub on everything - beef, chicken, pork, or veggies. It truly shines when used on a brisket and other big cuts of red meat.  Use it as a dry rub or coat with a bit of olive old before sprinkling the meat with the rub.  Either way, it makes a deliciously sweet rub.
