Rita Hills is located a mere fifteen miles from the Pacific Ocean allowing Mae to host ocean winds and fog in partnership with marine sedimentary soils.  All creating the perfect environment for this old world style chardonnay.    This wine is just delicious.  Aromatics of tons of ripe orchard fruit with just a touch of citrus zest. The mouthfeel of this wine is extremely balanced with bright acidity and lots of texture and body from back to front.
