This bowl was designed in the U.S.A. and it was made specifically for the Starch Solution diet. Dr. McDougall's recommendation for maximum weight loss on the Starch Solution is to eat a 50/50 bowl , with 50% of the dish containing starches and the other 50% containing fiber-rich vegetables.Each plate is hand made-to-order and no one plate will look like another.
