Ingredients: Organic echinacea purpurea herb, organic double petals butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatae), organic lemon balm leaf, organic olive leaf, organic elderberry, organic elder flower, organic lemon peel, organic ginger root, and organic goldenseal leaf. Directions: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 teabag or 1 teaspoon of loose tea. Steep 8-10 minutes.  T
