Sweet Dreams is a medium-bodied tea with a minty floral flavor that helps promote calming relaxation to help you unwind and ease your mind from the stress of your day for good night’s rest. Ingredients: Organic chamomile, organic peppermint, organic Indian green tea decaffeinated, organic skullcap herb, organic wood betony, organic catnip herb and organic stevia leaf. Directions: Pour 8 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 teabag or 1 teaspoon of loose tea. Steep 5-10 minutes. For best results use 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of your choice of sweetener.
