The 1.5" Lens Kit for Universal Laser Systems is the high-resolution choice for fine engraving, photo-quality etching, and intricate detail work. With a 1.5" (38.1 mm) focal length and a spot size approximately 40% smaller than the standard 2.0" lens, this kit delivers the sharpest detail your CO₂ laser can produce. The shorter focal length also adds an extra ½" (12.7 mm) of Z-axis clearance, useful when processing taller parts or jigs. Best suited for photo engraving, sub-1 mm fonts, fine inlays, and thin-material kiss-cuts. Cutting capacity is limited to materials up to 0.20" (5 mm); the lens sits closer to the work surface, so regular cleaning is recommended.
