Mancini This pasta is produced by Mancini with durum wheat semolina grown on their own family farm in the Marche region. Tubetti are very short, small-cut pasta tubes, traditionally used in soups, minestrone, pasta e fagioli, or light vegetable broths. Their small size makes them perfect for spoonable dishes where pasta blends with legumes and vegetables. Mancini’s tubetti are bronze-die extruded and slow-dried, giving them a slightly rough texture that holds broth or light sauce well.
