10" Carbon Steel Pan

10 inch Carbon Steel Pan (5-7 day lead time) Each pan will already be pre-seasoned with our organic seasoning method. Our handles are forged stainless steel. Stainless steel has a much lower heat conductivity compared to the carbon steel base, which means the heat from the pan won’t travel up the handle the way it does on a cast iron pan.  This pan is extremely versatile and is able to be used over the stovetop, oven, grill or even over the fire! If taken care of properly, this pan will last for generations! Each piece is handcrafted here in our shop in St. Matthews, South Carolina. This would make the perfect addition to your kitchen or the perfect Christmas gift!
