Sporting the same 10-inch bottom measurement as our signature 12-inch pan, with a wider top measurement of around 13 inches and nearly 3 inches deep, it’s the perfect deep-dish addition to your kitchen. The Cowboy Classic features our signature forged stainless steel handle, attached with two solid brass rivets. This design offers a much lower heat transference from the pan base to the handle, keeping it comfortable to hold. Due to its increased size, we’ve also added a stainless steel helper handle to make this pan easier to lift and maneuver. Sticking to our goal of total versatility, the Cowboy Classic is ideal for use on the stovetop, in the oven, or over a grill or campfire.
