Red Tulips, 2021 These tulips were tightly packed together in a bunch. Each one looking identical to the other. Two days after my floral purchase, a few of them broke away from the pack, nodding this way and that. One tulip opened completely, displaying its beautiful center. Another tulip simply dropped its petals softly. I combined these tulips to create an abstract tableau, which resembled a botany dance.  Prints are signed and printed using archival pigment Inks on imported fine art cotton rag velvet paper.
