Lumbar Adjustment Pins are custom manufactured exclusively for The Launch Pad.  These all-stainless steel pins are tough and designed to last. They stand up to corrosive and oxidative environments. Each pin is outfitted with a series of spring-loaded balls to ensure it holds securely in place.  The balls pop out when the pin is pushed into a hole, and retract when the pin is pulled out.  Pin breaking strength was measured as double shear, which is defined as the force required to break a pin into three pieces.
