1 Quart Live Fan Club Moss Evergreen

1 Quart bag Fan Club Moss (lycopodium diphasiastrum). This is among some of the older vascular mosses.  It is known to be pre-historic in age and grew as tall as 9 feet in height thousands of years ago.  This moss is a evergreen with its main vine growing about 1/2" below the leaf deposit (forest floor).  This moss is a great addition to any terrarium, bonsai container, or shaded walkways.  Can be grown inside or outside.  For best results, use soil from the forest that is more acidic.  We offer this if you do not have access to raw forest soil.  Transplant in your own forest or even use as a potted evergreen inside.  This will not live in full sun. It grows in the deeper valleys of the forest  where the temperatures are cooler and it is more shaded. Very hardy, spreads at a good rate once the vine is established.  You will get a full quart bag, taken fresh the day your order is shipped.
