DO NOT heat up the overlay until desired placement has been met. Starting from the inside light Align the edge closest to the middle of the bumper and lay down the overlay Once Aligned, use your other hand to guide the overlay to the edge of the trunk and lay with your "laying hand" as you guide it to the edge Starting from the Outer Light Align the Overlay at the edge of the trunk crevice Lay the overlay and push out any bubbles as it may form due to the curvature of the light The rest of the overlay should fall into place, if it does not, lift the overlay and adjust as needed Lay the overlay and adjust until desired placement is met Once placement is met, PLEASE FOLLOW BELOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADHESION If you have a blow dryer or heat gun, use it to get rid of any tiny bubbles and improve adhesion If there are bubbles make sure you press firmly with your finger and swipe it toward the closest edge If you mess up, you can peel it off right away with no hassle, and add some heat to get rid of the wrinkles. ** REMEMBER TO POST-HEAT** the vinyl after laying, this will activate the glue behind the overlay which will enhance tackiness. NOTE: Smoked, Light Smoke and PET liner, must be peeled off after install for a complete super gloss finish.
