How to Install For Best ResultsTools: Heat Gun or Blow Dyer / Padded Glove or Felt Tip Squeegee Rinse / Soap your Rear bumper reflector to get rid of dust and debris before application Peel off the reflector tint Note: if you mess up placement, peel off the overlay with ease. DO NOT heat up the overlay until the desired placement has been met. This is made a tad larger to allow the overlay to cover the reflector  Align one edge of the overlay onto the edge where the reflector line ends. If you align the overlay from the side where it points towards the wheel well, you will need to tuck the overlay in past the housing as the reflector folds downward. Next tack the reflector down on the edge you aligned and hold the rest of the overlay with your free hand. Start laying the overlay and swipe up and down or left to right as you guide the rest of the overlay tint onto the reflector. Once you end up at the pointed edge, make sure to flatten down all of the initial one-side you were working on first before you pull over the pointed curve and wrap towards the other end of the reflector. Depending on how you lay the overlay, the bottom and top should sit near or flush to the housing of the overlay. Once laid the rest of the overlay should fall into place, if not, use one of your free hands to guide the overlay till it covers the entire reflector. Lay the overlay and adjust until the desired placement is met, lift if needed to adjust. Once the placement is met, PLEASE FOLLOW BELOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADHESION If you have a blow dryer or heat gun, use it to get rid of any tiny bubbles and improve adhesion If there are bubbles make sure you press firmly with your finger and swipe it toward the closest edge If you mess up, you can peel it off right away with no hassle, and add some heat to get rid of the wrinkles. ** REMEMBER TO POST-HEAT** the vinyl after laying, this will activate the glue behind the overlay which will enhance tackiness. NOTE:  SMOKED AND LIGHT SMOKED has a PET liner, THAT must be peeled off after installation for a complete super gloss finish.
