Delicious apples grown at SLO (Seasonal Local Organic) Farms in Eugene. Liberty apples are some of our favorites. These small red apples have a perfect sweet-tart balance, very quintessential apple-y flavor, and crisp, firm texture. They're so fantastic for eating fresh that we would recommend that over all other uses, but they would hold up well to baking, saucing, or juicing as well. Certified organic and grown by farmer Tom and team.
