Flour - Organic Spelt Flour

One 4-pound bag of certified organic Spelt Flour. Spelt is an ancient variety of wheat with a low gluten content. It imparts this flour with a slightly darker color and a mild, nutty flavor. Use it in cakes, muffins, and other savory baked goods. Note that, like all Camas flours, this is a whole wheat flour, so you'll be getting more nutrients and also notice a deeper flavor and possible differences in how it bakes.
