Tasting Notes: CITRUS - CHOCOLATE - FLORAL Vibrant, crisp, and roasted to be playful yet reliable. You won't find this one on the shelves. We picked this blend exclusively for our wholesale partners. This coffee is named after our vintage Probat roaster which was built in 1964. We found the roaster in a warehouse in eastern Europe, shipped it over to the U.S., and rebuilt the electrical system and a couple of bearings. But, otherwise it's all original steel...and friends, they just don't make 'em like they used to. We've become partial to our roaster and the consistent quality that comes from it.
