Auris 23 Strings Chromatic Lyre (LTS)

CLEAR AND LIGHT-FILLED SOUND Auris had a goal to create a lyre with a clear and light-filled sound, carried by the material’s own tone quality. To achieve this, they brought the strings into balance with the static resistance of the shaped wood, so the whole body of the lyre resounds with the tone’s movement and evokes the inherent sound qualities of the wood itself. In this living process, the "voice" of the instrument has its origin.
