Just think of these aromatic heating pads as the cool younger sister of the Rice Buddies. The perfect size to hold on your chest to ease anxiety or use as a heating pad for aches and pains. They even look great as sculptures on bookshelves or laying on the couch. Each one contains rice soaked in essential oils such as: lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary  They can be microwaved.
