KIYOMI means « Immaculate Beauty » in Japanese. This rum was carefully crafted in Nago City, Okinawa, at Helios distillery, by distilling local sugar cane molasses in a column still. It results in a very aromatic and clean beverage easily drinkable neat as well as in classic cocktails such as Cuba Libre, Mojito or Daiquiri. On the nose: Plum, Marzipan, sour patch kids, ube pie On the palate: Round and powerful with a touch of sweetness and white pepper notes on the finish. 40% abv
