8 Week Half Marathon Training Plan - for Beginner & Intermediate Runners

Experience all the joys while gaining all the benefits of half marathon training and finishing in just 8 short weeks! This training plan is for a beginner runner who has been running for at least a couple of months and for intermediate runners. This is not typically used as a couch to half marathon training plan. This training plan comes in both miles and kilometers. EACH WEEK YOU WILL PERFORM: 3 base runs of 3 to 4 miles , 1 long run, 1 optional cross training (XT) workout, 2 to 3 rest days (depending on if you used a rest day to incorporate some cross training).
