Honey Buckwheat

Local Buckwheat honey is harvest from our hard working Pennsylvania honeybees. Buckwheat include is harvested from July through August, we do not heat pasteurized or ultra-filter our honey, so all the good local pollen and propolis is still remain.  Note: Because we do not filter or heat treat, natural honey may crystalize/solidify quickly, so place in a pan of hot water to liquefy.
