Let’s start with the vortex evaporation system, a patented gas vortex shearing process that increases the speed of evaporation up to ten times compared with other evaporation techniques. A water bath gives the chamber an even temperature distribution while a gas flow delivers over a set period of time. (Nitrogen is recommended, depending on the application, or oil free compressed air if nitrogen is not suitable/available.
