Carved from a single piece of wood in a slightly heftier silhouette than the classic French version in order to expand beyond small lemons and limes to take on larger fruits, too.  It's as easy to use as you imagine; simply slice the fruit along the "equator" and insert the business end into the flesh while holding it over a bowl or cup. Twist the device while applying pressure to extract the juice along with some pulp and seeds. It's quite therapeutic.
