Product Details: Streptavidin Agarose Beads are a high affinity biotin-binding chromatography resins prepared by conjugating purified streptavidin to crosslinked 4% agarose beads. Biotin binding activity of the immobilized streptavidin is optimally preserved through proprietary coupling procedure.
