Meditate on the lotus...The image of a lotus flower fills me with a feeling of inner peace. A beautiful flower that grows in the muck is a symbol of hope and inner peace and strength. The lotus is a perennial symbol of resilience as it grows and flourishes in the muck. To me it is a talisman to remind the wearer of their own inner strength when they feel that they are stuck in the muck.
