Imperial Ale No. 60 - IPA #60 IPA Beer Kit Style: American Imperial Pale Ale ABV: 6.4% Color: Golden Do you like Dogfish Head 60-Minute IPA?  The Imperial Pale Ale style has gained popularity in recent years.  Rocketing straight to our top-ten most popular recipes in less than a year, this one is guaranteed to make all hop-heads smile.  A little stronger than your average IPA, and with more hops than a normal IPA would contain.  Additionally, there is less non-fermentable sugar in the beer because crystal malt's presence is quite low.  The result is a medium-full bodied beer wit aggressive hop bitterness, rich hop flavor, and powerful hop aroma.   All our Beer Kits come in a variety of Formulations with two yeast styles and enough ingredients to make 5 Gallons. You can choose from Malt Extract with Steeping Grains, Partial Mash, and All-Grain. You also can choose between Dry and Liquid Yeast.
