Medicine Wheel - Baseline (Re)calibration

This program is four, one-on-one sixty minute meetings over four weeks. The purpose of Baseline recalibration is to help establish one's baseline for well-being, identify current blockages, and introduce physiological, and relationship building tools to begin embodying a co-created baseline of well-being. The conclusion of this program comes with the gift of a customized plant ally essence. This program requires an initial consult,to confirm this structure is best. It is not included in the dedicated four meetings.
