C1935 SHEAFFER SHORT SLENDER EBONIZED PEARL BALANCE FOUNTAIN PEN RESTORED

For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Gorgeous Restored Circa 1935 Sheaffer Short Slender Balance Fountain Pen in theEbonized Pearl celluloid. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, cleaned, and put back together and now is in great writing condition. NOTE: The clip on the pen is a "hump clip with the flat ball" which was produced only in 1934/1935. This is how we can date this fountain pen based on the clip. This fountain pen cap and barrel are in magnificent condition with no chips, cracks, teeth marks, or repairs with the cap always securing tightly to the barrel. The cap has a gold-filled "Hump Clip" with Flat Ball and Cap Banding. The clip has just a very small hint of wear on the edging of the flat ball on the clip. The cap banding has just a hint of wear but the trim has all been polished to shine brightly. The barrel is clearly and crisply stamped with, "W.A. SHEAFFER PEN CO FORT MADISON, IOWA, U.S.A.
