Beautiful 1920s Art Deco Egyptian Revival micro beaded purse with metal frame. Green, blue and gold micro beads in a geometric, Egyptian Revival pattern with a chain handle. Metal frame has a brass-tone finish, push-button closure and a decorative purse chain. Peach silk lined interior with ruched peach silk trim. Labelled: No label. Purse measures 7" long. Chain drop measures 7 1/2". Frame measures 5 1/2" across. Very good condition for the age of this piece. Minor bead loss, with open seams at both frame corners; beaded portion partially detached from frame; stress with small tears to silk lining. Medallion missing from front of purse frame. A3
