Edwardian Embroidered Wool Tea Gown Dress Irish Lace c1910

Gorgeous, Edwardian tea gown/dress constructed of embroidered wool with Irish lace. The dress has an embroidered wool apron overlay atop Irish lace with a net lace backing bodice over a hidden corset bodice; a net lace collar with metal stays; 3/4 length Irish lace sleeves, no backing, with net lace sleeves at the forearms. Irish lace inserts at sides of skirt extend down to about the knees, backed with silk gauze. Skirt has a 2" hem; metal weights at the sides below the lace. Hook & eye closures up the back of corset and at back of dress. Best fits an XXS. Measurements are taken flat, doubled where appropriate - there is no give: B 32" W 26" H 38" L 48" Shoulders 14" Sleeves 15" Neck 6 1/2" around, 2 1/2" tall Bodice 15 1/2" long (from the neck to the bottom of waist belt) Amazing condition!
