Jeff White Blank #24 (Curved Trade)

This blade blank hails from the shop of Jeff White, a smith renowned for his well-tempered steel and practical designs. Forged of high carbon steel (ANSI 1095), the blade hath been hardened to a Rockwell of 59 (HRC 58–60) and sharpened to a keen and ready edge. This particular blank: Features a full tang and a flat-ground blade edge, well suited for strength and long service. The haft-end is shaped in the manner of a French knife. Measures 9 inches in overall length, with a blade length of 4 inches. The blade is 1/8" thick (0.125") and 1⅜ inches wide—sturdy and reliable. Our hand-made Leather Sheath “K” is tailored to fit this blade with precision and care. This blank stands ready for hafting. You may choose from our seasoned Wood & Pins sets or apply timber of your own selection to complete the handle.
