  The Accutemp E62081E060 (QUICK SHIP) Connected EvolutionTM Steamer is a boilerless electric countertop device with a 6 kW power that runs on 208v/60/1-ph energy. This Countertop Convection Steamer model is a linked model that uses a water intake and drain line to keep the water reservoir full while using less than 12 gallons of water per hour. The steamer includes dishwasher-safe one-piece wire racks that can fit four 12" x 20" x 4" pans or six 12" x 20" x 2-12" pans. The patent-pending Steam Vector Technology (SVT) is used in AccuTemp's EvolutionTM series of steamers. With the help of this technology, heated steam is evenly distributed to every pan—no moving components. The fewer moving parts in a mechanical design, the less likely something can go wrong.
