House Blend: Catchlight (Medium-Light Roast)

This house blend will put that sparkle in your eye!  Designed as our morning blend, for being a bright but smooth coffee, we actually love sipping on this all day, anytime.  Great for pour over, drip, or french press.  This blend is currently composed of three of our single-origin offerings, both natural and washed-process coffees, and ends up as a medium-light overall roast level.  We taste Toffee, Chocolate, and Berries.  Yum, yum.
