Colombia Quindio Project Pijao Washed (Medium-Dark Roast)

We could not be more excited to share the coffee from our farm in Pijao Colombia!  This is a washed-process coffee, which means the beans were fermented in a wash station for about 24 hours to remove the mucilage before drying.
