House Blend: Crosshatch (Medium-Dark Roast)

This is a medium-dark blend, composed of beans carefully roasted to their own medium-dark profile, and blended together, crosshatched to develop this particular taste profile and mouthfeel.  The beans in this blend will change seasonally, but we  will always aim to maintain the body and flavor notes here.  Currently the three washed-process coffees included are from Guatemala, Ecuador, and Peru.  Velvety, full body and low acidity, this tastes great black or with milk & sugar. Works well as a pour over, drip coffee, or french press (and espresso if you like slightly darker!) We taste: Chocolate, caramel, and raisins
