  We are excited to bring back one of our favorites - this Papua New Guinea Single Origin coffee from our friends  at Benchmark Coffee Traders. This coffee has a particularly clean cup quality for a PNG, owing to the special Kula processing/ cherry selection employed by Benchmark Coffee Traders. We decided on a light roast for this coffee, bringing out a medium-light body, with tasting notes of pink lemonade, cantaloupe & cedar. This coffee works best brewed as a pour over or drip.
